The Bellevue ZIp Challenge Course and Zip Tour is now Bellevue Adventures!
Bellevue Adventures is run by Northwest TeamBuilding. Though our high elements have gotten revamped to make them more appealing to the recreation masses we have maintained a focus on our roots of providing excellent team building to all groups who visit our site.
The Aerial Park Team Building and Educational Experience at Bellevue Adventures generally begins with a large group introduction including physical and emotional safety ground rules, challenge by choice concepts, and goals for the day.
The participants then will be walked through gear up and safety instructions including how to navigate the course and how to use all the gear. After which participants will get to explore the course and interact with their team members and facilitators. Facilitators will talk participants through hesitations and fears to encourage growth and willingness to step out of their comfort zone.
No matter how the day goes and what happens there will be success to celebrate and challenges to overcome. Whether those successes are completing the whole course or just showing up and putting on a harness, every bit of success and challenge will be celebrated! At the end of the day, participants will discuss the behaviors that they experienced out on the course, and what behaviors they would like to carry back with them to affect a real-life change!
